Nanci, on multiple occasions, has provided our groups with training consulation and training deliveries. She had worked with me to customize a training program around Change Managment and Professional conduct, which rolled out to the entire NC region. She too had assisted us in training other training around professional development for our front line associates. Nanci brings to the table years of industry knowledge and training expertise that I haven't seen in other vendors. She is able to make the marrying of our training requirements and envrioment to a top-notch training program.
